In game rankings

Meslier - 7
Dallas - 5
Llorente - 5
Cooper - 6
Firpo - 4 (Y)
Forshaw - 7.5
Phillips - 7
Rodrigo - 5
Raphinha - 7.5
Harrison - 5.5
James - 6.5

Brighton play lovely football, but the ref is blowing for everything. Hope that continues when we go forward. Brighton on top and one very good chance so far. 6 minutes
We're being killed down our left, Maupay misses an open goal - 2-0 Brighton for good chances and our balance is all wrong. Missing Struijk - 8 minutes
5 Leeds players below average atm, no one above average - 10 minutes
Looked a foul on Raph in the box all day long - 100% pen 13 minutes -
3rd great chance for Brighton - 3-0 Good save Meslier - 20 minutes
Firpo really struggling, a yellow and a couple of other fouls plus some nasty passing.. 22 minutes
Probably the wind but we're overhitting long balls by a distance so far
Finally we get a FK, good spot outside their box 24 minutes
Deflected across the goal and James not far away from making a connection
Another good Brighton chance 27m 4-1 on chances, ours being the direct FK
Best passage of play from Leeds around the 30, better going forward from Firpo, wrong run from Jack
5th Brighton chance, Meslier saves a poorish shot in the end - 33 minutes
Llorente beaten for pace and another shot of the left hand post
Llorente intercepts on the halfway line, turns and delivers it to the GK, don't like that
Firpo out of position, Harrison beaten for pace. Good cross and Maupay misses another great chance .. 7-1 on good chances - 37 minutes
Wind is behind us I think
Yay another FK given our way, relieves the pressure
2nd pen shout for Brighton, neither as obvious as the Raph one imo... Corner cleared by Rodders head
Moder dives for an attacking FK - 41 minutes
Llorente down, head injury

0-0 at HT, maybe the worst half of football from us. Balance looks wrong and Firpo with maybe 4 fouls on their right winger with an early booking. Raph quiet, James lost as the striker, defence very shaky and playing like it's the first time. Forshaw and maybe Phillips have looked steady.. and our best player

Missing Struijk and Roberts who gives us more as the Rodrigo in and around the box, Rodrigo very anonymous. Harrison off for Gelhardt soon though would be my first change..

Second half

In game rankings

Meslier - 8
Dallas - 5.5
Llorente - 5.5
Cooper - 5
Firpo - 4 (Y)
Forshaw - 8.5
Phillips - 7
Rodrigo - 6.5
Raphinha - 7
Harrison - 5.5
James - 6.5

Shackleton - 5
Struijk - 7
Roberts - 8

Firpo off for Struijk and Shack playing for Kalvin who's picked up a knock
First ball played forward for Lampty is over hit
Shackleton dive draws a foul, got lucky there but Maupay still blazes over from close
8th good chance for Brighton blocked by Shack, Raphinha head the corner out for another - 54 minutes
Brighton con the linesman for FK down our left
Dallas from distance is our best effort so far, less chance than hope
Raph mis control when free in the box doesn't help - 55 minutes

Dallas right to left back
Shack to right back
Struijk to DMF, seem to be the changes. The two subs of course limiting our options should we go behind

2 very poor clearances from Meslier in succession
Need to get James onto the wing
Roberts on for Harrison. 63 minutes
Shackleton awful pass across his own box allows Brighton two more shots on goal...
Great ball Struijk for Roberts who's run and shot is our best moment of the game
Llorente booked, he's having a stinker - 66 minutes
James and Raph have switched which works almost never, Dallas break but leaves his pass short for Raph 74 minutes

Lampty (sp) off, their best player by a distance
Great save Meslier from a deflected March shot
Good move ends with a poor Dallas cross, nice Roberts run
Decent effort from Roberts after getting clipped, good ball from Forshaw in the build up - 78 minutes
Yellow for Brighton ..
would like to see Raph back on the right, James on the left.
Great save from Roberts after a Brighton error
From the corner, Roberts deflected shot is pushed onto the post by the keeper - 83 minutes
We look much better with Roberts on as usual but he's not lucky so far
Rodrigo looks knackered
James blazes over - 90 minutes
Raph nowhere near the same player on the right, poor upfield pass there as we try to break late

Full Time 0-0, we finally steal a point we probably don't deserve, clean sheet less to do with good defending than luck and poor finishing

God I hate it when keepers win MOTM, especially as he was only ok, couple of good but regulation saves, very poor distribution for the most part. I don't think he was the reason Brighton didn't score which for me is when a keeper deserves MOTM, Tougher to play outfield and Forshaw was good for the 90 and all over the park. Best two saves made by their keeper I think
