Who's in the FA Cup Final ? ..I haven't watched one since the 90's ... I can't take a tournament seriously that no one else does

I still like the Cup final, for nostalgia reasons. Can't see past a Chelsea win, unfortunately; although the upside to that is that there may be an element of rubbing Lampard's face in his failure once again.

I suppose it's a slight step up from a couldn't care less situation.

Despite their current league positions The Foxes will probably still be the underdogs here , so I'd have to put my 5p on them , but my head tells me Chelsea will probably win

I hope it’s the Foxes

As a kid I loved the FA Cup, getting up turn the telly on and all day it was the FA Cup a brilliant lead up to the actual game but that’s gone, the FA Cup doesn’t have the same mystique these days, somethings just will never be the same probably like my hair will never come back

Totally agree Rat, the magic of the cup has gone for me too. I'll watch it as it's a football match, but I can't get excited about it like I used to, since all the sponsoring nonsense and the Scum debacle a few years ago

Ah the Cup Final. Spurs in a replay, Spurs in a replay. Is that a bird? No, it's Brighton and Hove Albion in a helicopter. The Everton years. Clive Allen will score a hat trick against that lot. John Aldridge will score a hat trick against that lot. And then we entered the 90s and it got s bit vague...
