It's tough to say on this one. If a linesman calls for offside, the play stops and the foul never happens. But ... we see plenty of situations of a ball going out for a throw, followed by a bad tackle, and the player gets sent off.

I was thinking the same. Or A situation where two players go for a header. One breaks the other’s nose with an elbow but VAR shows that the other player had slightly tugged his shirt first. By this interpretation there’s no action to be taken because the shirt pull foul occurred first.

It's a good thing Sheffield United and Fulham play each other twice this year. It guarantees that one of them, at least, will earn a couple of points.

Sheffield United's success was built on a solid defence and the tactical skill of Wilder.

Losing Henderson was massive imo and with O'Connoll out to now i can see them going down.

They dont score enough and that solid defence lost its most impressive player.
