Derby can repay us for last season by beating both WBA and Brentford this week. They play WBA at the hawthorns on Wednesday 5pm and Brentford at Pride Park Saturday 12.30. It’s a huge week coming up but we just need to deal with it

I believe three wins will be enough for promotion

Ten points definitely & maybe enough to win the championship outright

AS good as up?

I'm all for being positive, but If we lose to stoke it won't really change anything (execpt one less game to play)

Yes I see what you mean, perhaps I should have posted it on the positivity thread! There again I would have thought beating Stoke would be taken as read 😉

So would Luton.
This can all change around inside a few days. By Sunday afternoon we could be 3rd. As good as up means nothing where LUFC are concerned.

Still a lot of hard work to be done BG, no game in this division can be taken for granted. Stoke will come with a plan to frustrate us I'm sure. But I do hope we wallop 'em.

I think the pressure is all on brentford. They cannot afford to lose or even draw a game if us and west brom keep winning. If they do lose one they're relying on others to slip up.

Blimey what a difference Jansson, Pinnock & Raya have made, not only do they have the most potent attack they also have the best defence in the championship. No surprise to me as I've mentioned their shrewd defensive signings several times this season :P

Lets hope their defence cracks & the bubble upfront bursts over the last five games

True BGWhite, but we could also be promoted by 3.30pm on Sunday! That’s the manic week that’s ahead.

If we are the same distance from third by Sunday evening, whatever way the results ensure that, then we will only need a win and a draw to go up. Any opening of the gap will see us within touching distance of the finish line.
C’mon Charlton and Derby ( b#*!¥$ds).

Absolutely.
After what happened last season I refuse to enter into any conversation about us getting promoted until it's mathematically impossible for us to be caught.
I know people will say I should be more positive but I'm convinced I will jinx it.
But it is a massive next seven days, I agree.

BCD will help a few teams especially those with a fairly small fanbase...

They sold Maupay as well which probably didn't go down well and look what they've done inside one season. The team to stop for me and they'll crack it in the PL as well because they know what they're doing and have done for some time. I hope PJ helps get them up but not at our expense of course.
