Sad news about one of our members

One of our long term members some of you will remember joluafc4eva known as Jo on here has sadly passed away. Jo's son Dan used to post on MOT several years ago.

My condolences go out to her son Dan, family & friends

Very sad to have passed on this tragic news.
Jo fought very long and bravely against this horrible illness that is causing such pain in so many families nowadays.

Jo had been fighting cancer for many years & was receiving palliative care earlier this year. In one of her last tweets in April Jo tweeted she wouldn't be purchasing a season-ticket as she knew her life was nearing the end & wouldn't be around this season.

All very sad particularly as I believe Jo was only in her mid-50's, another Leeds fan who died far too young

Sad news indeed. RIP Jo and condolences to the family, such a shame she couldn't have seen Leeds get promoted although hopefully the style of play last season at least brought her some much needed joy.

I remember Jo used to post alot when I first joined. Very sad news, condolences to all her family and may she rest in peace.
