RIP Frank, gave us many unforgettable moments. A joy to watch and a character both on and off the pitch. Known for his outlandish outfits, he would be suited to the current era of play. He should have had more England caps, put bums in seats with his play. Sad to hear he was another one with dementia, one too many!

Hagler Leanord Duran Hearns

All hall of fame greats
Duran was my particular favourite
My favourite boxer was Tommy Hearns , watch his demolition of Duran , it was frightening .Duran was out before he hit the canvas . All 4 were greats though .You sometimes might get 2 at one time in one division , but 4 was ridiculous .

Never watched Upstairs Downstairs when I was a young man

Watching a re-run of the series on the Talking Pictures TV channel

Brilliant acting from Gordon Jackson & Jean Marsh

Today is the 20th anniversary of David Rocastle’s sad passing, where did that time go?

Sad news this.

Yeovil Town FC have announced that Captain Lee Collins has died aged just 32.

No news on what happened to him.

Very sad news.

The prophetic Prince.

Condolences from across the pond on the passing of Prince Philip.

I've always been an admirer of the way the British, far more than any other country on earth, have managed to make constitutional monarchy work.

If only the Russians had been able to.

Thought he may have got to the ton and got a telegram from the missus.
