Recently, apart from the '69 playlist, a re-binge on Mark Linkous and Sparklehorse, particularly Dark Night Of The Soul, with Danger Mouse.

I had Vivadixiesubmarinetransmissionplot and Dark Night on on last night after someone on 1001 albums thread mentioned them. Cracking albums both

Raincoats - Odyshape, this is better than the debut and after nominating the later I had to stick the former on

David Bowie 'The Lodger'

One of Bowie's strangest albums, art rock with new wave influences

Glad you like. Wonderful Life is worth a listen too.

I'm having a Little Axe night... Slow Fuse remixes currently. After party music, having been turfed out of the pub at half past nine.

Lol at your sig.

Ton Waits 'Blue Valentine'

This album is wonderful, intense, beautiful, poetic, wistful, tragic,...and so much more.

One of my favourite Waits albums
