I'm in no position to offer advice or insight CSA but I hope whatever decision you make works out for you.

Good luck.

CSA you gotta do what is right for you and your family. It's happened to me several times as the pharmaceutical industry got a lot more competitive/the NHS came under more pressure. Last time I knew that I would be fooked at age 50 in terms of getting another job.

However, sales people tend not to be lacking in self-confidence so I took the money (after a year of legal wrangling), went out on my own and - like '64 - found a better way of life. Looking back - probably the best thing that happened in this respect. Looking ahead - scared the bejaysus out of me.

Only time will tell if your decision is the right one. I hope and pray it all works out for you, mate.

Decided to take the offer of a job in the offices, less wages (but not so bad, I can live with it) also job is on days (no more Shifts and booking holidays for midweek matches that fall on my late shift) seemed the best option all round, thanks for all the comments, advice, and messages of support, true gents the lot of you

Making big/hard decisions takes b@lls, mate, so fair play for you. I'm sure it came after much agonising and I really hope that it works out for you and all concerned

While here, I'd say that I'd have taken that option also. Certainly if I had a mortgage and such.

Although the way I work in real life doesn't really back that up..
