Re: O/T The Music Discussion Thread
I'm not really a festival fan but reading this month's Mojo i noted the End Of The Road Festival 2011 in North Dorset during early September, one of interest to me as there are a few of my favourites performing
MIDLAKE - BEIRUT - MOGWAI - TUNE-YARDS - CLAP YOUR HANDS SAY YEAH - THE FALL - TINARIWEN plus many other acts that others may appreciate
I'll probably be elsewhere following the Mighty Whites :scarf2:

Saw him live, last friday - one of his acoustic trio gigs.
Very nice.

Re: O/T The Music Discussion Thread
Many moons ago we used to go to a rock club,"The Highwayman" at Cheadle, and every week this was played early in the night as the place was starting to fill up,it was played very loud at a venue with a very good sound system. On hearing it the second time I went out the next day and bought Spectral Mornings.Every time I hear this song it reminds me of that place, and we had some very good times there.revie-era wrote:This vid has all the cliche's we know and love
