I'm preferring Filles but the original has the huge advantage of being played at a realistic sound level on the hi fi rather than on a docking station. Both versions are beautiful, melancholy masterpieces, can't pretend to have bought it on release :)

Album 1 is great, almost show tunes. Album 2 I find more soulful. Cracking version of Let Me Down Easy as well. Both smashing albums and nice to find another fan. No interest on here at the time of her first release. Comes across as really genuine as well.
I own Paloma's debut album which is superb.......her follow up is on my Amazon wish list, and yes she is very genuine, cute personality

Votes from Bronte Country, a difficult one this time, have tried to balance between what hit me way back then and whether it still has relevance for me now,
Anyway, enough rambling:

1st Genesis - Trick of The Tail
2nd Zep - Presence (Tea for One is in my Zep top 3)
3rd Eagles - Hotel California
4th Rainbow - Rising

BTW, went along for the first time to the Bronte Blues Club (check out website). A warm welcome, Timothy Taylors Beer, and great music; supplied last night from the house band BBC5, and guest - the brilliant Eddie Martin.
I shall return
