As a game of rugby I enjoyed it, just not the result.

Unlucky England, emptied the tank last week. Delighted for Rassie, he took charge of Munster during a very difficult time on the pitch but more so off it and turned us around, a great coach, great guy. Glad Jones didn’t get his hands on the trophy. England will turn into the best side by a distance over the next few years

Well beaten but of all the nations to lose to I’m pleased it was SA...

England odds on at 4/5 SA at 9/4. What Scotsman would not take those odds. ENGLAND were giants but the South Africans had bigger hearts.

And while the English stood stock still like Morris men who had lost their bells attached to their Wurzel sticks the South Africans were doing Zulu dances and white men were kissing black men on their foreheads.

Spectacular win. Well deserved. And money in the bank for mercenary old me.

I heard talk of maybe repeating world cup success next time...Counting chickens before they hatch, just like most Leeds fans tbf, we should be used to it. We did the hard work then didn't prep properly for the final...Chances of a Southern Hemisphere win in 4 years - 95%..

Actually why am I commenting, I find rugby under current rules with lifting at lineouts and aerial ping pong really boring. Lets get back to the 80's
