Re: Leeds United vs West Ham United Match Thread
Same time though it is the job of the manager to try and improve them. We know players like Rodon, Aaronson, Struijk, Bogle, Amps etc aren't perfect Premier League players or they wouldn't have been with us in the Championship last season. So it's also a test of his coaching imo. Done relatively ...

Re: Leeds United vs West Ham United Match Thread
Farke has been doing a good job so far this season.
Unfortunately his players have let him down at times and now they need to step up with a home win.

No thanks as those 12-30 KO's every other week were an absolute pain in the arse.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 22nd October) - Promise, Frustration, and the Search for Balance
Taking the knee is and always has been absolute nonsense , it’s an empty gesture and gives the PL an excuse to say they care about racism, I’m not surprised some players want nothing to do with it. I’d love it if none of the relegated teams go back up, they were a disgrace last year. I read earlier ...

Re: Should Tanaka start vs West Ham - Poll of the Day (21st Oct)
Why not shake things up a bit.
James and Okafor back in.
Ampedu dropping into defence at the expense of Struijk.
Aaronson to return to his attacking midfield role that he played all last season.
No Tanaka.
Leeds win 4-0

Dyche was my choice of replacement for Farke should it come to that.

Voted yes.
Struik to drop to the bench with Ampedu replacing him in the defence.

Re: Dominic Calvert-Lewin
DCL played fairly well on Saturday it was the ones around him who let the side down with their poor finishing or lack of attention to detail when defending.

Re: Should we change our formation to accommodate Piroe? - Poll of the Day (20th Oct)
If Farke decided Piroe is the answer then one of the midfield three should drop out to accommodate that, or it's a straight swap for DCL.

Re: Burnley v Leeds United Match Thread
Ger Lynch was highlighting the difference in our press yesterday compared to the Everton and Newcastle games. I'd agree as thought we looked lethargic yesterday and if I was being highly critical a bit lazy and not willing to put the hard yards. Maybe it was the fact we had so much possession but ...

Re: Mateo Joseph
He didn't want to stay and play another season not getting in the match day squad unless injuries allowed. Don't blame him. Rama had already fallen behind Harrison for some bizarre reason. Actually I know the reason. Harrison is a wing back now which suits our beige, defence first, no risk football ...

Re: Burnley v Leeds United Match Thread
We couldn’t get anyone else to commit? Several were linked but went elsewhere. 49ers sticking plaster? They needed someone as a target man to placate the fans? Due to injuries plus letting Ramazani & Jospeh go we've been very light in the attacking areas. Calvert Lewin was never going to be the a ...
