Re: Heidi's Blog - Sheffield Wednesday v Leeds United

Does this make any sense to you Heidi, especially where the 'cumbersome' Piroe is concerned? I've always been of the opinion that the blind can see what PB does, but just doesn't have the finishing of a Haaland, we all know that, now Piroe does have the finishing, but not the intelligence where to ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 26th August) - Leeds secure first victory of the season at Hillsborough

Farke seems to be damned if he does and damned if he doesn't in regards to making substitutions. Worth noting that I think we only dropped points once last season after going in front. This suggests that he makes the right subs when we are in front and is not something that should just be taken for ...

Re: Heidi's Blog - Sheffield Wednesday v Leeds United

As with anything it’s being able to continue in the same way. I wasn’t expecting anything specific ftom the last two games so best not to predict anything and watch with an open mind. It’s a long way to go but at least the signs look to be changing in the right direction. When I know the manager can ...

Donald Trump has been adjudicated a sexual predator and will have to pay tens of millions of dollars in damages to the woman he assaulted because he has defamed her publicly, even after having been told to stop by a judge. Donald Trump created his own charitable foundation (The Trump Foundation ...

Re: Sheffield Wednesday v Leeds Utd Match Thread

Just watched the Uncut video and number 44 was bombing forward with the ball. I thought, funny, Gurev is not supposed to be doing that. That's a change from last year, looks like he has taken over Kamara's job. Looks like the defensive midfield work is now Ethans. WHAT!!"£$%??? Like a 4-1-4-1...eh ...

Re: Heidi's Blog - Sheffield Wednesday v Leeds United

Another little thing it might interest you to keep your eye on Heidi. Remember our games against Leicester last year, proper little humdingers. Now which manager came out on top in both of those duels with what i'd say an equally balanced set of players, possibly Leicester the better players? Now ...

Reet, let's see what this new managers Lpool side are all abart, Robertson and TAA flying forward  Jeez he's walked into a crackin role, they were just abart going stale after years of Klopp, fresh impetus and different new ideas to work on some cracking players that have been handed over in ...

Re: Heidi's Blog - Sheffield Wednesday v Leeds United

Just another slight thing Heidi - I don't think that if Rutter, Gray and Jimmy playing the other night in their preferred positions, would've changed our performance much, if any? Now in such a short space of time, and only James being the only member of the previous 4, staying rigid on the right ...

Re: Mateo Joseph Fernandez

Different player now compared to what we were seeing at the start of last season. Back then he'd come on for a cameo and give away cheap fouls plus look a little lost as he clearly wasn't relaxed or mature enough as a player. Now the slow and gentle nuturing from Farke and his coaches is paying off ...

Re: Mateo Joseph Fernandez

Personally, for this lads development, not going up was ideal . He may have struggled for game time in the prem, as I believe we would have signed another 9. This could be his Watkins season, where he establishes his credentials in the first team. Despite not getting on the score sheet yet, it will ...
