Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Fri 4th September) Leeds target Watkins after Brewster snub

A few targets saying they’d love to work with Bielsa, but with Bielsa only wanting to commit for a year, it wouldn’t be surprising for these players to be a little concerned about committing longer term.

Re: Coronavirus - Lockdown in Leeds precariously close

In Australia the entire state of Victoria is in Stage 4 lockdown - you can only leave your house for an hour a day and can’t travel more than 5km from home. Today there were 81 cases in a population of 6.4 million. That’s a percentage of 0.0012%

Re: Rodrigo de Paul - RUMOUR

“Football Insider claim that Leeds have now agreed personal terms with the Udinese man.

While a transfer fee is yet to be agreed with the Serie A side, it certainly seems that the Premier League newcomers are closing in on a potential deal.“

This would be amazing.

Re: Rodrigo de Paul - RUMOUR

Apparently something could happen with this guy. i dont know anything about this guy but one position is where we need a spark is in midfield and he can play anywhere in that department, and a fee of around 30m+ is being said now that would be exciting if someone in that position could be be signed...

Re: The "Summer" Transfer Window 20/21 season

Luis Felipe? Check out Wikipedia. Must be true. “ Luiz Felipe Ramos Marchi (born 22 March 1997) is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a defender for Italian club Lazio in Serie A. He has recently moved to Leeds United where Marcelo Bielsa has turned him into the best centre half since Titus Bramble...

Re: The "Summer" Transfer Window 20/21 season

This would be sad for us and White. "...But the Blues could well scupper those plans, with Frank Lampard’s side planning to hijack Liverpool’s move for the 22-year-old according to the Daily Star. Brighton are thought to have slapped a £40million price tag on White, with Liverpool poised to make an ...

Re: Pivotal week

Can’t imagine any top player signing all the while we don’t have a manager. Starting to get nervous about MB not having signed. Not a great look if we can’t quickly do a deal with our current manager who supposedly loves the club and the players. MB must know that players won’t come until after he s...

Re: Harry Kewell

Harry’s not everyone’s cup of tea, even in Australia, but that is one hell of a highlights reel for a lad in his early 20s. It was a magical time for me with Harry and Dukes, Australia’s top two players ever, both at Leeds.

Latest is that we are going to sign a RB. Is there any position we need less?
"But Dutch outlet Voetbal International have reported that the Whites are looking to bolster their defence further with the arrival of a right-back."

I think you are thinking of '73 loss to Sunderland (after which I cried a lot). '72 we beat Arsenal.

First game watched on telly: 1972 FA Cup Final with reception going in and out on a B&W TV at midnight Sydney time (7 years old)
First game live: Pre-season 2019/20 Leeds Utd vs Western Sydney Wanderers
So basically every time I've watched us live we've won silverware that same season!!

Re: Player Profile : Luke Ayling

I thought Ayling was instrumental in those 5 victories on the trot before Covid. That period took us from out of form and facing playoffs to 7 pts clear. Ayling scored the winner at Bristol, a scorcher at Huddersfield, another goal at Hull and was involved in the winner at Middlesborough. Definite k...
