Re: IS schoolgirl

She was 15 when she made her decision to go, so I have some sympathy. Whether she could be 'deradicalised' and kept safe is another issue. The UK doesn't even meet its responsibilities to genuine refugees, or indeed, to homeless British kids, so I wouldn't hold my breath if I were her. Her perspecti...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thur 14th Feb)

Meh to valentine's day. Been there, done that. As for the clinical thing, I don't quite see this wastefulness that people talk about. If it's a good enough chance, we'll probably score it with varying degrees of efficiency, like most clubs at this level. Each situation is unique, and there are too m...

Re: Leeds Utd v Swansea City Match Thread

Ayling had the highest pass accuracy (95%) on the pitch, completing 42/44 passes.

Re: Leeds Utd v Swansea City Match Thread

Did anyone else think Dan James was a bit lightweight? He is quick, but I'm not sure how much difference he'd make in our team. Don't feel as negatively about Ayling as others seem to. His pass for the second goal was pretty good. Pontus certainly helps to calm the nerves when we're under attack. So...

I don't have one either. Watching tonight via LUTV on my phone. It's better than nothing.

It would go against the impression I've formed of his character if he went. Can't really see the appeal of Everton either.

I like freaking people out. Being a middle aged woman in a Leeds shirt is usually enough to do it.

It's just as well you didn't, as I'd have guessed him straight away!

Oh well, I've blown my chances, but I can still ask a few questions; are you a philosopher?

Re: Spying Accusation !!!

Tempting though it is to take a defiant line, and I agree that we would be perfectly justified in doing so, the club's response of bland platitudes and ostensible cooperation actually does more to maintain a stance of innocence, whilst leaving the EFL to come up with the goods, looking more and more...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wed 13th Feb)

It feels like a must win, as dropping out of the top two would be bad psychologically; for me, at least! Need to halt the sense that we're on a slide, and can't keep relying on others to drop points.
