Re: Leeds United v Wolves - MATCH THREAD - Cooper pulls up during warm up!

It was our worst performance of the season by far. Just one of those games where the luck goes against you, we had many of those in the Championship too.

Re: Leeds United v Wolves - MATCH THREAD - Cooper pulls up during warm up!

Levels below our best today, internationals definitely snapped our rhythm and we waited too long for the subs. Passing way off, but saying that luck decided it in the end. There's goes in, ours go over the bar. It was like a Championship game with the diving and feigning injuries, bit embarrassing W...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 7th October) Cantwells agent using Leeds to drum up support.

I have no idea of the reasoning used as to get JKA to Nantes so all we have is guesswork. I will say it was good see a young player being allowed out of limbo to once again ply his trade as a footballer. Yes it is true that JKA hadn't signed a contract with Leeds, but Leeds had signed a loan to buy...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 7th October) Cantwells agent using Leeds to drum up support.

Remember Cardiff tried to avoid paying Sala? They were on the wrong side of that argument and so are Leeds. I find it funny how some try to find justification for not paying up by deflecting it onto the company that owns Leipzig. If that's the case, why did they give JKA away to Nantes then without...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 7th October) Cantwells agent using Leeds to drum up support.

Well Leipzig can't say he's our player and them give him away for free lol. We should demand Big Kev if they demand money. Counter sue them. I think all that Red Bull has got to their heads, as they're delusional. Starting to hate them more than Chelski! First they steal Gvardiol off us now they're ...

What a shame.

One of the best metal guitarists of his time.

His solo for Micheal Jackson on Beat it opened the way for the likes of Bon Jovi, Bryan Adams and others to be given radio time in the UK.
Oh fck  It was my dream to see him live just the once.

Do they? What European clubs would want Maguire, Rice, Dier, Pickford etc? All overpriced and crap.

Re: Options

Can you still sign free agents after the window? Some decent frees around Goetze, Mandzukic, Nasri, Ben Arfa, Defour, Kagawa, Imbula, Halilovic.

I can’t think what the formation would be if he was out for say a couple of months, I don’t think we have a direct replacement for him long term, have we?

Save £20m on Cantwell and give Shackleton a chance! If we're desperate, then we can always sign someone in January.

Re: Options

Would've liked Kiko gone and a replacement, and a powerful CM. But I'm happy as we are for now and up to January. Hope we save £20m on Cantwell etc and give Shackleton a chance instead. If we're desperate, we can always get someone better in in the January window.

The only reason they're so expensive is because of the homegrown numbers, but if we develop our own, we don't need to overspend.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 6th October) Is Raphinha the last piece of the jigsaw?

Why didn't we get Cuisance on loan with an option to buy? Marseille can buy for half the price too. Just shows English clubs are overcharged and ripped off! What's the obsession with Norwich players? Well out of their depth in the PL and struggling in the Championship this year. I maintain they were...

Re: Raphinha - DEAL DONE

As we all know, Bielsa likes players to play multiple positions rather than just one, he'll play RW, LW, AM. I also think Poveda could be another Saiz and play through the middle.

Dan James 25m, Harry Wilson 20m, Raphinha 15m. Is it any wonder we looked abroad this summer?

Re: The "Summer" Transfer Window 20/21 season

Scum signed Facundo Pellistri for £8m. I'd have loved us to sign him, but realistically it'd be a year before he was ready and we can't afford to spend that much on a development signing.
