Re: Rodrigo

Rodrigo is a pretty solid 3rd option to play the No.9. That is assuming he's the the 3rd and Dan James is the 4th. With that, why should we bring in some s**t 2nd rate back up. Everyone is clamoring for us to buy a striker. Easier said than done. Someone better than Rodrigo who played No.9 for Spai...

Re: Leeds Utd v Chelsea Match Day Thread

I'm dreading this game, get walloped the knives will be out, I can't see any other result, obviously I'll be hoping for a United win, a draw at this stage even, but, we've seen what we are like at the back already, laking against the likes of sterling falling accidently under a slight nudge and moun...

Morining all. I think we're clutching at the last remnants in the barrel now for additions, we can only hope. Pascal for me has been immense, hence why I gave him MOM against wolves, and again in my 6 for saints, I give it as I see it , and not be swayed by others or commentators views. PS has a gre...

Re: How much is Illan Meslier really worth?

So we did some cracking business selling KP to Man CIty whilst they had our pants down. I'm surprised Kinnear didn't go into more detail about that in his recent interviews. It was great business for a home grown player, cost us nothing, we made £40 million profit. They had our pants down, because,...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 16th August) - Leeds trust the current first team squad to be successful

For what it's worth...I'm not convinced bielsa was good for our actual youth players...in fact the young players who came through under him were only ever really given a chance to play when he had no other players to play in that position rather than actively being given a chance by Bielsa. Struijk...

1559910166543441920 Wish I knew what this project was  Hopefully, it's to keep our best players from now on for the significant future, build the team, build the squad, build the LU brand. Then, if a very good offer comes in, not silly ones like we accepted KP & Rapha , we'll be in a posit...

Re: Today's Games

Yeah, decent match MC and the ref contributed to it by letting the game flow. I thought he let PSV away with a few disruptive fouls, so hopefully Rangers get the same leniency in the second leg. Kent, Tavernier and Tillman impressive  We were linked with RK for ages, he hasn't laked in the PL,...

Re: How much is Illan Meslier really worth?

I wouldn’t expect them to pay 50m for him but I’d rather f*** them off so they might end up bartering for him and we end up with more than he’s worth for once (a bit like Brighton did with Ben White) We seem to put a figure out the media as to how much we want instead of dealing with potential suit...

Less than that for anyone else.
But we are LUFC, we have just had our pants down for our main 2 stars, why would dealing with IM be any different .

Cracking game last neet, Rangers were undone by set piece letdowns, like us for last 2 seasons.
I thought the ref (Orsato ) was superb, took no nonsense and wanted the game to flow, you could see the players respected him, I'd love him to ref in the PL, class act

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 17th August) Media sources claim Sarr close to signing

Morning all. Sarr for £25 million seems excessive, we want a 1-2 striker preferably, if not certainly a 1-3, Sarr is around 1-4. We still create chances, but, we don't score enough ratio wise as chances created, so on that note, we need a CF who can finish, not squander like we already have in bamfo...

Go on then find me the 38 games in a season Gelhardt has played, not sub minutes proper minutes to start with, I'm not the font of all knowledge just a rational judge not affected by bias or emotion Sigh.. Again for the back seats, I never said Roberts should start just that he was a decent option ...
