Re: Ian (Diego) Poveda

Just watched a pre-season clip and to me Poveda looked like he has gained some muscles and with the new hair-style as well, maybe this could be his breakthrough season, especially if we don’t sign any additional winger?

Re: Lewis Bate

Spoke to a Chelski supporting friend once the move was confirmed. He said we've got ourselves a real talent. He moved because Tuchel prefers Jorginho and whilst he's let young Gilmour go out on loan, he'll be back and Lewis would have been third in the pecking order. Says he's ready to be a first t...

Re: Summer 2021 squad and transfer discussion.

Conor Gallagher could move to Leeds on a loan-deal. I personally really like him, an upgrade to Klich?

Watched a clip on his skills, very impressing, looked very pacy. Just wish he can work on his right foot as well.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 15th July) - Italian media links Leeds with Croatian winger Josip Brekalo

I do think Koch and Rodrigo are two of the best players at the club and both may struggle to get game time. Going to be interesting to see if MB alters his thinking going forward something he's been disinclined to do so far and that's not a negative comment. He makes tweaks not wholesale changes.. ...

Re: Today's Games - The Final

A lot of great points AR. I think we have a lot of talented individuals, but the team shows nowhere near the cohesion of Leeds under Bielsa. Maybe that's an unfair comparison as MB is with our lads continually, whereas GS just sees the lads for friendlies, qualifiers and competitions, but that's th...

Re: Today's Games - The Final

England is a much better side than Italy, only Chiesa was threatning. But England should have killed the game after the early goal. I know Southgate prefers stafety and that has taken his side to final, but you could clearly see Italy wasn’t in the game the first 15-20 minutes. England have so many ...

Re: Today's Games

Spain v England final on cards. Italy didn’t impress against Austria and Belgium may struggle without KDB. Denmark’s a good side but they lack the x-factor without Eriksen and England posesses exactly that. When Sancho, Rashford, Foden, Grealish and Mount are on bench you know this is a very fine si...

Re: Today's Games

Phillips and Rice on yellow makes me nervous, Phillips the better of the two but prob more of a propensity to get sent off than rice so, wouldn’t surprise me if he is off at halftime. England a bit lucky to still be eleven there, both Rice and KP could have been sent off. England will still win it ...

Re: Key factor sees Leeds as most likely side to sign Real Madrid veteran Marcelo

There should always be experienced players in the squad, but then you should rather make your own aging players who know the team culture best, stay for a bit longer. When you are rebuilding a team for future you should avoid investing in aging, past their best players who might have a big ego as we...

Re: Rodrigo Moreno

They even dropped Ramos, so Rodrigo can now focus on getting ready for next season and regain his place. But he can be called up if any injury occurs in the squad so should be mentally ready for that.
