Re: The "Summer" Transfer Window 20/21 season

Anyone else get the feeling that the club are still looking to spend like we are still in the championship? If you look through the media nonsense, those you can kind of trust are linking us with youth players and second division German players all sounds very 2019 to me - I get these are unpreceden...

Re: The "Summer" Transfer Window 20/21 season

Cant see us in a relegation battle we have the team spirit, belief and manager to pick up enough results over the season to get us mid table. We might lack the individuals of some teams but you could say that about this season. Signings wise I'm not expecting to see many, bielsa won't want many in an...

Re: Pivotal week

Seems very odd that there is nothing coming out of the club. Would of expected at least the kit reveal by now, could have sold boat loads on the back of promotion euphoria, sure they still will sell a lot but think they missed the impulse buyers that don't usually get kits Bielsa and Harrison I woul...

Re: Carlos Corberan gone

Im somewhat indifferent to huddersfield anyway, i think now we are promoted its time to move on from these modern rivalries we developed whilst slumming it down the leagues. I hope Carlos does well, the expectation can't be promotion as i can't see huddersfield achieving that again but if he can mak...

Re: Ben White

Hes a fantastic player already with the potential to get even better and I would love us to get him here permanently but at probably 30 million It would take up a sizeable chunk of the transfer kitty and whilst I think he would be good, he is unproven at top level. Brighton and their fans do annoy m...

Re: Leeds Utd v Charlton Athletic - MATCH THREAD - Bielsa Names Strong Starting XI

Classy sign off from the champions tonight, sorry for charlton and bowyer though I think he will get himself a new job this summer. Happy for WBA think us and them pushed each other on for much of the season before going our separate ways later on, they deserved 2nd. Cardiff to win the playoffs I re...

Re: Who do we want to get 2nd place?

Tonight has been absolutely bonkers, thankfully we were not involved. so many twists and turns, best of which leaves forest out of the playoffs - bless you Michael dawson thought you had a chance of catching leeds and end up 23 points behind brilliant!

Re: Cowley

Just read that as well WR Very strange decision for me. Crowley is a very good young manager IMO Yeah i was pretty shocked, they inherited a broken squad and achieved the target of staying up. I think it will be Carlos, one of those rumours that is too left field to be made up - thought he might ha...

The cherry on the top, get in!!!!! Spent pointless hours over the last few months anxiously poring over the fixture list and the table, the anxiety all a thing of the past, i feel light, my brain dosnt know what to do with itself now, probably busy myself hunting the Internet for transfer rumours un...

Re: Leeds United v Barnsley - MATCH THREAD - Berardi in for Phillips, Kiko makes the bench

Glad that one is behind us Barnsley played well and it does make you wonder why more teams don't try to come at us as we do have a tendancy to start panicking. Only leeds fans would be nervous about needing 1 point from 2 games to secure promotion. I get immediate succour from a win then the nerves ...

Re: Leeds United v Barnsley - MATCH THREAD

I really hope casilla dosnt come back in, there is still plenty of time for him to ruin the party. Looking at it with bielsa tinted specs on he is our most experienced keeper and he never blamed him for any of the gaffs in the past so why wouldn't he bring him back in. I'm not sure I can bear to wat...

Re: It’s never easy being a Leeds fan, but let’s enjoy every minute of this

Not sure if this is an indictment of the other things in my life but nothing comes close to the feelings I go through in the 90 minutes watching leeds at the moment, every game feels like a knife edge, so much on the line, a small mistake enough to shatter dreams and cause days of worry until we get...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 9th July) - West Brom and Brentford results put pressure back on Leeds

Need a win tonight and I think we will get one. Sunday is the hardest tie left and I would take a draw there.

Not sure how the players will react to playing after everyone else for the next 4 games, do they like to set the pace or match it? I think we may react better with the later

Re: Today's Games

We seem to have forgotten that WBA are involved in this race and they have a couple of very tricky games still to play . Derby & Fulham are more than capable of beating them . Sent from my moto g(8) power using Tapatalk I don't think derby are going to be as hard as most think, they had a good run ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wed 8th July) Thorp Arch academy awarded Category One status by Premier League

Got to ask what we were thinking selling one of the best defenders in the league to a team who we knew would be a promotion rival - brenfords stats with and without pontus in the team show what a mistake it was.

We slip to third on Saturday and I can't see us coming back from it.
