DDB is absolutely right, Victor Orta made the statement and as yet we only have one first team signing. I hope he isn't including Miller, Bate and McGurk in that statement as I doubt any of those will see first team action this season, apart from possibly cup games. All we can hope is that negotiati...

Alioski to Dallas for the winner at City.
Best moment of the season for me along with the fans singing Pablo's name last game of the season against West Brom. That reduced me to tears.

I'm pleased Huggins is staying.
He should have a least this season with us to see how he progresses.

Quality finish.
I thought he was going to burst through into the first team after the tour of Australia but for whatever reason it hasn't happened.

I thought it was interesting that fans and potentially management at a global brand like Celtic are beginning to look at the Leeds recruitment approach with admiration and recognition that we are now ahead of the game: https://thecelticstar.com/leo-hjelde-to-leeds-utd-is-a-legacy-issue-celtic-ceo-d...

Re: Is the Prem going to be a 4 horse race this year ?...

Agree that its Shity or Chelski for the title. Scum will fall well short as they have a crap manager and are a team of individuals. Liverpool 3rd and we are the dark horses for 4th. Realistically top 6 is very achievable but feel we are still a couple of signings away from really having a go at the...

Last week it was said that Orta was in Sardinia to tie up the Nandez deal.
The silence since has been deafening.

There's been no update on Nandez after Orta was allegedly flying to Sardinia last week to seal the deal.

I have to agree about your parents Swannie... I personally think the lockdown experiment has been brutally barbaric. Thankfully i haven't experienced any death due to Covid but the thought of my Dad being in a care home in his final hours of need and me not being able to be by his side and comfort ...

I heard on Radio 2 yesterday morning that a club in Nottingham had opened at one minute past midnight and within minutes it was packed to capacity.
I expect there were many others the same.

I don't know anything about Bate but at 18 I doubt he would break into our first team for at least a couple of years. I hope we see Joe Gelhardt and maybe one or two others become first team squad regulars this season. I doubt any of the U23's mentioned by YS will go out on loan. I think the team at...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 19th July) - Bielsa selection dilemma at centre back

Llorente and Struijk are the strongest partnership. Unfortunately, Bielsa will favour Cooper out of loyalty, despite him not being capable of the top level. His constant shirt pulling and lunging tackles are a liability as this level. If Struijk is dropped to the u23s as a result, he will want out....
