Fully deserved defeat, would have been daylight robbery had we won that.

Great, nice to see sectarianism hasn't gone away. Maybe next time you could have a go at black players to confirm how much of cnut you are!!! BTW I don't care about Rangers or Celtic but do care about sectarianism.

Feels like Brighton have been deliberately wasting our time. 6 points off them, please. Underwhelmed by Kent, personally, and can never warm to anyone in a Rangers shirt, but if Bielsa is keen, what do I know. That JD sponsor is too big. Bigger than the prem badge and the Leeds badge. Looks wrong. ...

Re: Cardiff City v Leeds Utd - MATCH THREAD

All said and done 2 defensive mistakes and toothless up front. Tho if millwall had made the same 2 defensive mistakes we would not have scored from those positions. It just seems that every other team in this league are far more clinical than us!

Re: Breaking news - Casilla

And if it never ever lead to a conviction, there would be no deterrent to prevent racist abuse. Absolute nonsense mate, a person should only be convicted when there is sufficient evidence to convict. I can only assume you are in agreement with the decision that an accusation is all that is needed. ...

Re: Breaking news - Casilla

Is it reasonable to believe a player in the noise of a stadium could here the word negro and think he heard the N word, or would that be considered unreasonable?

Re: Breaking news - Casilla

Whether or not the correct decision was made, my understanding is that 'beyond reasonable doubt' is a standard which is required for criminal cases only. It does not apply to civil cases - hence why you get successful civil actions after criminal actions have failed, and it would not apply in these...

Re: Breaking news - Casilla

I agree a misunderstanding is most likely what is was, but it is still 2 players accusing 1 player without any other evidence, should never ever lead to a conviction. Look at it like this. Accuser "their keeper just called me a Black Bas****" " Other player "really I heard him say something but didn...

Re: Breaking news - Casilla

So 2 out of approx 15 in the box heard it, hardly balance of probability. This could open a whole can of worms if all you need is yourself and a teammate to make an accusation against an opponent for them to be found guilty. A case like that would be laughed out of court.

Re: Breaking news - Casilla

Unfortunately it comes down to the word of a black player vs the word of a white player. In the current climate there is only one way it is going to go. That's not a racist statement but it's a lot easier to punish Kiko than say the black player was mistaken
