I know from past conversations that Ruby is the apple of your eye.

Re: What Songs Take You Back To A Particular Time/Place/Event ?

Yes, certain tunes can take us back to bad as well as good times, Nick. I'm glad, Ruby is fit, well, healthy and enjoying life. I think I can appreciate what you went through as getting for 24yrs ago now my elder daughter was delivered some 5/6 weeks early (due to my wife having pre-eclampsia). She...

Re: What Songs Take You Back To A Particular Time/Place/Event ?

Athlete - Wires. Was driving home from the hospital having just been told that my daughter, who'd been born 10 weeks premature, had a massive hole in her heart and needed life-saving surgery. I'd just about held it together until that song came on, had to pull into the side of the road as I was in b...

Pretty sure it was Benrahma

Koch would be my pick as Cooper's successor. I know Ayling is vice captain, but he's in a similar age bracket and we need to look beyond the old guard.

I think it's Jack's spot to lose. Would rather Luis on the right, as a direct replacement for Raphina. Looks like he has a similar skill set

Re: General Chat

Psilocybin is the psychedelic compound in magic mushrooms that causes the "trip". There's an excellent 4 part series on Netflix called "How to Change Your Mind" that looks at the use of various psychedelic drugs in psychotherapy and also palliative care. Worth a squint if you're ...

Re: The Leeds United starting 11 polls - Right Centre Back

No brainer, this one, Koch by a distance. Though I agree with Cjay that there's room for improvement in his game. I do think if he can avoid injury and suspension, he can make that slot his own and will grow into the role as the season unfolds.

I voted for Pascal as he has, I believe, more of a future, but I could live with Liam in there for now

Re: The Leeds United starting 11 polls - Left Back

Hjelde for me. Pascal has done ok in there, but he's a CH and that's where I'd like to see him playing. Firpo might be a second season wonder, but I suspect he's an able wingback in a 5, but a liability in a flat back 4. Stuarty Dallas, if he comes back the same player, is best off central mid for me.

Re: The Leeds United starting 11 and bench polls - Right Back

I've gone Rasmus as I like continuity across the back line barring injury, suspension etc. By his own admission, it's been harder than he expected, but I like that honesty and he will improve the more he plays and gets used to that step up in quality. Nice to have two able replacements in Bill and D...
