Re: Jean-Kévin Augustin. .Loan deal ended, permanent deal in limbo.

Did we have a case of Covid-19 in the club? If so could it of been JKA? Very little info on what was wrong, looked as fit as a fiddle at one stage durning lockdown so clearly worked his socks off to get back. I hope whatever happens doesn’t ruin his mindset for playing for us next season, very messy...

Re: Leeds Utd v Luton Town - MATCH THREAD

Yes, that would be my idea of change. Roberts for no 9, and then Poveda/Hernandez at no 10, with Pablo playing as much as his fitness allows. If Poveda is a hit then Hernandez could be used sparingly so as to regain full fitness with 2 or 3 games to go. Roberts deserves to be given a decent shot at...

Re: Leeds Utd v Luton Town - MATCH THREAD

He is able to beat a man, has a trick or two so maybe that may be an advantage he has that Paddy doesnt? Personally despite my doubts on Tyler i agree with you on Blackburn. Id like to see Ian as a 10 to for the same reason. He looks like he has a trick or two and that may unlock a packed defence. ...

Re: Leeds Utd v Luton Town - MATCH THREAD

Tbf though Hull were 2-0 down and couldn't sit back as much. Far easier to find room then. Being a striker against a packed defence is extremely hard to do, you got to be very clever to find space and need very clever players to find you. Neither Bamford or Roberts are natural goalscorers imo and d...

I thought the same when our fans have raved about him, he better upfront as a striker imo!

Sending them down whilst clinching the title at shame park would be my preferred outcome.

Re: Leeds Utd v Luton Town - MATCH THREAD

Would love to see Poveda get a start to see if he’s up to it. Will be the same team barring injury as Pablo showed he’ll turn the game if needed from the bench and take his seat again when it’s done :)

Re: Competing in the Premier League...

Concerned about Orta plotting our recruitment, he made a total mess of keeping Boro up and his success rate here is poor. JKA while clearly talented if we have to make him our most expensive signing it is a bit embarrassing. Big fan of Buendia, (how we let Norwich sign him from our supposed feeder ...

Re: Competing in the Premier League...

The premiership is full of average teams, not as scary as it once was. Bielsa will have us in the top half at least. We will need 5 signings though

Re: Victor Orta as DOF

Orta will have been a huge success once we go up, Radz kinnear and Orta had a massive task turning this club around and we’re now inches away from success can’t see anyone still has bad words to say about them

Meslier-8. You’d forget he’s just a kid, potential to be a top top player Ayling- 8 White-8 Cooper-8 Dallas-8 We looked pretty solid and never really threatened, kept Mitovic quite, great team effort at the back. Phillips -7 Klich-7 Roberts -7 Midfield struggled first half but we made up second half...

Re: Player Ratings v Fulham

It will be interesting how people rate Bamford this week. As a striker he had one chance and took it superbly. Will the same people who constantly criticise his finishing and ignore his workrate suddenly mark him based on doing what a striker or now use his inability to do the workrate stuff to mar...
