Re: Middlesbrough v Leeds Utd - Post Match Discussion

I'll be surprised if he changes that winning team, i just hope QPR don't lock up for 1pt, and he sends them out with the same instructions. I can see QPR playing for the point. They are 4 points clear of the relegation places and a point would mean 3rd bottom Birmingham having to win both games to ...

Re: Middlesbrough v Leeds Utd - Post Match Discussion

Also, given Byram’s full 90, I suspect that he’ll rotate for QPR and have Kamara back in midfield with Gray at RB. Seems to be the most sensible thing to do from a rest/rotation standpoint. Just feel Byram needs to me managed even with us only having two games left. Although, I admit if Roberts is ...

Re: Middlesbrough v Leeds Utd - Post Match Discussion

And on my other thought, I think the Rodon-Ampadu pairing just had a one-time blip. Think that will return back to consistency for the next two matches. I think it was a blip. The first goal was a series of unfortunae events. Gnonto was fouled, in my opinion, the bloke pushed him over. The throughb...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 24th April) Two horse race for second spot

Mine is Big. Jay Big Dogger. I dropped the ger because of the modern connotations as I’m sure you’re aware. I think we all thought that you were a big dogger. Explains why you always take the car to the Waitrose car park yet never return with any shopping. Sensible to drop the ger bit though. Rest ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 24th April) Two horse race for second spot

I think it's imperative that Hull win against Coventry tonight so they then play Ipswich with a real chance of catching Norwich. A draw tonight will be a disaster as it basically rules both teams out of making the play offs. Whether we have an 'easier' run in remains to be seen. Southampton's perfo...

Did you know Bamford is an alien. And Daniel Farkes real name is Brenda.
That is a lie. His real name is Hugh Givsa Farke.

Re: Dan James

Dan will be out for this season with those injuries, Chilli. Thank god, Gnonto is playing well. Interesting use of an unnecessary comma. Totally changes the message as it makes it seem like you are thanking god that Dan James is out for the season - and then the 'Gnonto is playing well bit' is just...

Re: Middlesbrough v Leeds Utd - Post Match Discussion

I can definitely understand the possibility of concern over losing momentum. Which is why I’m a fan of him staggering the subs one at a time (albeit earlier) as opposed to the 2 and 3 at a time within the last 10 or less minutes “Hail Mary” strategy he’s consistently employed. Earlier subs permits ...

Re: Middlesbrough v Leeds Utd - Post Match Discussion

This is my sole gripe with Farke and because I, among others, find an issue with it, we’re often deemed to be in the anti-Farke camp. I find this sort of discourse extremely limiting… it’s not a black and white issue. He’s a Prem quality manager in so many facets (dare I say most). But I think he n...

CJAY, I get the feeling that you interview prospective partners, and then look for the negatives before considering the positives. 😂😂
I suppose it depends if they have 'processes' that Cjay likes.....

Re: Today's Games

Well for those of us that actually CARE about winning trophies I guess we can put that thought to bed... Wouldn't rule it out yet albeit we will have to take at least 4 points to have a chance. Leicester's wins in recent weeks have come against Southampton, WBA and Norwich who were all top 6 sides ...

Re: Today's Games

I felt Leicester would kick on and win the title after the West Brom game. Between us and Ipswich now! Cloud and silver lining - if we do go up with Leicester then hopefully they will be hit with a sizeable points penalty which will hopefully see them occupy one of the relegation places nadm ake it...

Looking nailed on for 2 wins from 11 matches against the top 13 sides away from home for the Saint's. Wonder if they have to play any other team from the top 13 away from home this season.... oh balls.

Liked how a few minutes ago the commentator tried to suggest Southampton were playing betterthis half as if they were were having a real go. Saints have been woeful considering what is at stake.
