That could screw the cherries, always rated Howe as a decent young coach

Such a shame but possibly took them as far as they could go, followed by relegation he probably would have found it hard to get them promoted again, a change of club could well be the best thing for Eddie

Broke FFP in their promotion season, net spend of £170m since promotion, 12th highest wage bill in the league and gone down with unpaid transfer fees of £80m so always had plenty to spend.

They’re in financial trouble so are they? I thought Howe did a great job at Bournemouth irrespective of what they spent. Poor signings hurt them. Can see Newcastle going for him quickly if they start the season poorly

Did a good job Eddie Howe relatively speaking.

Although Bournemouth are another one of those plucky little self sustaining myth clubs the media like to pretend.

Entirely bankrolled by a very wealthy owner.

Same as Brighton who Radz has mentioned as a club he wants to follow.

Total myth, Brighton are up to there eyes in debt to the owner.

Two clubs whose entire media reputation is entirely imaginary, heavily bankrolled by very wealthy men.

Be interesting to see how Eddie Howe does now he is out of his bubble.

Never settled at Burnley in between his times at Bournemouth

Howe/Bournemouth remind me of Curbishly/Charlton, go well together but the one is pretty useless without the other.
The silence is deafening.

Howe deserves a break from Bournemouth. He'll get taken on by a bigger club with a decent budget. If we needed a manager, I'd take him
We've been through it all together. And we've had our ups and downs

I think he did a decent job there.

Any thought of them being plucky little Bournemouth is a misconception though, he was financially well backed.

How many clubs in the top divisions dont have wealthy owners?

Mandatory these days.

Great time to raid Bournemouth if Bielsa likes the look of any of their players

Should have stayed and tried to get them back up first time. The wheels will probably start to come off pretty quickly down there and maybe he knows that? He's done a great job with a small seaside club. Who knows in this crazy world we live in if Bielsa has a bad start? :shhh: :)

I didn’t know about their spend in the EFL, certainly wouldn’t see him as a candidate for a top job
