I think this is very tricky 64.

I think this album was a car boot sale cheapo purchase. To be honest played it once and decided not for me.

Think British Afrobeat from 1975 (on Bronze Records) - should be enough clues there :)

Is it a Osibisa album?

Their albums were very colourful African sleeves

Mentioning the Bronze label was the giveaway for me, working in the music industry for the best part of my working career, labels & catalogue numbers were essential tools for ordering purposes & other aspects of the business.

Motorhead, Uriah Heep, Manfred Mann's Earth Band & Osibisa were the major bands on Bronze

Welcome Home was one of their many unpopular albums, Osibisa'a first two brought them chart success, after those two recordings Osibisa drifted into obscurity

Thanks for the half point Cat :)

Don't think it is but looks like something Split Endz would do.
