Knew The Bends would be up there. I think it would be my choice.
Features two of the great songs of the 90's 'Street Spirit (Fade Out)' & 'Fake Plastic Trees' of course
Just listened to 90 minutes of Radiohead this afternoon

This is getting uncanny... (Although I do have a soft spot for Beatles songs done well, by other artists - eg I'm down - Adrian Belew)
Apparently, I have to submit an entry, as I have popped out of my hole for a brief moment in the sun...
1995...
It's got to be Thrak - King Crimson
Are you back on board in these polls J ?

I wish...
My attendance in these parts is too infrequent, but SaraM asked me to do it and, as a fellow CrimHead, I'm happy to oblige...
Music so wishes to be heard that it sometimes calls on unlikely characters to give it voice...

I rarely listen to them anymore (I feel saturated) but that record was a massive leap forward from Pablo Honey (which I really enjoyed when it was released) and way ahead of what anyone else was doing at the time.
In light of what came later and what it meant in '95- the Bends is a major monument and does cast a long shadow.

I'll go with this:
Hum - You'd Prefer An Astronaut
Never heard of this before (like others it seems) Durly, but have been giving it a listen the last couple of evenings and must say it is really growing on me
