He'll be on a 1 game ban soon, for the water incident. They'll probably time it so he misses the West Brom game.

Outstanding yesterday, watching the highlight he was the standout player in those too. He's basically a one man centre midfielder with Phillips sat too deep and Roberts not really contributing in midfield

I hope not ges but it did cross my mind. Why do players do such stupid things that can so easily get them into trouble....especially playing for Leeds United :duno:

I think because of what followed, he'll be getting a ban. Was stupid, they get away with little now, with all the scrutiny.

Brilliant today Klich.

We needed that, by far our most composed outfield player after Pablo.

Deserved that assist.

He played as well versus Brum but got tarred with the same brush everyone else did...wrongly for me. Very close to my POTS

Arguably Klich's best game for Leeds

Another stat to show, you should never trust stats

Leeds midfielder Mateusz Klich has created the most chances from open play in the Championship (40) and been involved in the most open play sequences ending in a shot (117) - despite that, the Polish midfielder has registered just one assist this season.

Assist stats totally ignore the fact that the recipient of the ball has to score for the passer to get the credit.

Exactly, Klich sets up 5 golden opportunities, 5 bad misses, no credit, another player bangs in a hit and hope, lands on someone's head for a goal, gets an assist. That's why I ignore stats, they never give a true picture.

Stats can work if they're collected properly. Most football stats aren't

Was very off it yesterday (big fan but very poor).

Maybe he is knackered? Hasnt he started almost every game since MB arrived?

Also some who presumably were at the game and Phil Hay said that pre game Robbie Gotts was doing a proper warm up routine and Klich was nowhere to be found.

Then MK turned up later.

Was Klich patched up and sent out ?

Thats another thing i suspect we do hence the injuries and what not.

Also will Robbie Gotts ever be more then just a hot water bottle for the bench . .'.'.'.'
