bamford ... worked his bollocks off for the team.
dallas ... excellent again
white .. had to stand up when coops went off. cool under pressure .
phillips solid .
shacks ... very good first half performance
alioski ..... scored the important goal but was reckless and wasteful at times.

Dallas excellent all night, never stopped running
Kalvin put in a good nights work against a very good midfield plus some of his dead balls were quality
Bambi put in a top shift, worked hard until the end, loss points because he should and deserved to score
White just excellent
Costa very fast, tricky and was the main threat in the first half especially
Ali yes some mistakes, yes his defending isn’t the best but going forward he’s always a threat and he’s definitely Leeds

Bamford was the epitome of everything good about Leeds last night

Without any doubt the MOTM

Seems like the majority are voting for the same six :-D

Bamford
White
Phillips
Dallas
Alioski
Shackleton (would be higher if not for his injury just before half-time)

Bamford was immense, as good a performance leading the line as you could want, just one thing lacking. He so deserved that goal !!

Shack - no coincidence that after he went off we lost the midfield......he was here there and everywhere

White - Rolls Royce of a defender. So classy

Costa - some of the skills were just sublime - thats the £15m man we want to see week in week out.

Dallas - just unbelievably so consistently good these days
LEEDS AND FOREVER PROUD TO BE !!

Bamford - Says it all that he got MOTM without scoring a goal, and this sort of thing will go a long way to silencing critics till he finds his shooting boots again.
Dallas - Has he always been this good? Seriously? He's quickly turning into the most complete footballer I've seen in a Leeds shirt for a long time.
Alioski - Without his adventurous play we wouldn't have that vital goal. A few dangerous crosses thrown into the mix too.
Harrison - He might have fluffed his lines a bit late on but he was always a danger and always managed to get beyond his man, and of course supplied Ali for the goal.
White - Never off the MOTM list these days, and another performance filled with Jedi-like premonitions.
Phillips - A return to his battling best. Solid as a rock coated in titanium.

It's tight at the top, anymore for anymore? Would like to fill in the MOTM on the stats thread.

Sorry I missed PB's outstanding performance, the missed sitter aside, he really need to start finishing though or we have a non scoring centre forward on our hands and that could be calamitous. He won't get an easier chance.

Notwithstanding he undoubtedly put in a very decent shift I only put him 4th or 5th because as faaip points out above he missed chances, some very good, again (same old story) and he really needs to start finishing. We're not a team that can get promoted carrying a non scoring centre forward.

If he'd put one or two of those chances away I don't disagree a MOTM performance.
