I remember meeting Gordon Banks as a small child. He seemed very nice. RIP Gordon.

Rest in peace Gordon Banks.
What a great goalkeeper, and I understand a true gentleman.

Great to see all those old clips on the TV's in the office. Watching the chaps carrying the trophy around Wembley i guess no one would think this is the first and last trophy we are going to win!

The Pele and the save from Dennis Law go down as two of the greatest ever. Gordon considered the Law one his finest. RIP

He is on the Last Train to Clarksville.

Thrown together to do a TV show, they were probably the first Boy Band. The programme was zany and funny, and they turned out to be talented musicians. i am surprised that their shows haven't turned up on one of the s**t Sky channels. They made some great pop songs. The one on the first line being a classic.

RIP.

Would you recommend the solo stuff to someone who loves the last three Talk Talk albums? I haven't tried it yet.

Yes I would Sara

Mark only recorded one solo album titled Mark Hollis, requires a few listens

Haunting, beautiful, a masterpiece imo!

Thanks, I'll get hold of it then. I've played the others endlessly since I first came across them.
