Impressed with Gotts on the few occasions I've seen him play

He does look a well rounded player.
Id have to google it again but from memory it was something to do with his parents allowed a Barcelona coach to legally adopt him in order to explot a loophole to get Kun a foreign players license.

Kun and his family moved to Barcelona specifically so Kun could join Barcelona, which i think theoretically prevents him from getting a players licence hence the adoption which was a murky loophole Barcelona exploited.

Think the loophole has now been banned and there were rumours Barcelona and Kun would be made an example of, so get him out so Barcelona can argue they wouldn't benifit anymore etc.

Still no sign of Bamford....Very worrying. I think his injury is worse than the club are letting on

Keeping Kalvin match fit and sharp, good use of the U23's.

Or exposing him to more danger of burnout by subjecting him to another match and running the risk of him getting injured - dependant on your point of view. He could have had his feet up supping a mug of bovril at the beach in Whitby.

2-0 FT. A good 90 mins for Brown, who showed that once he is fully fit, he will be a very good option for us later in the season. Phillips, though, was head and shoulders above anybody else on the pitch.

Great to see Brown firing and looking sharp. Fingers crossed no more injuries.

Crazy to think Kalvin would still be eligible for the u23s by right, given that he's been in the first team for 4 years now.

Wrapped up in a trench coat, flat cap on his head,
scarf around his neck and mittens on his hands
clutching his Bovril, whilst whistling a tune by George Formby,
and wondering when will I play for England?

Robbie Gotts had an excellent second half, as well, after coming on as sub at HT.

I get your reasoning Weasel but KP had a rest for the QPR game & the same will apply for the Stoke match. If Forshaw puts in another sterling performance v Stoke sad to say Kalvin may find himself on the bench v Rotherham
