'The Future and the Past' by Natalie Prass is probably my favourite album of the year, much more soulful/jazzy than her excellent 2015 singer/songwriter debut. Can't believe her unique voice for a white lass 8-)

I've never had any problem with the colourful language we have in this country when used appropriately. As it is here. The problem with it is when it is transposed for better fitting words by those with a tenuous grasp of the English language.

I love PiL, always have

I also love PIL & R&B music but when I hear constant industrial language in artists songs I'm somewhat put off tbh, maybe it's just me :duno:

Their fifth album and haven't made a bad one. Last twice they've toured I've been on holiday, would really like to catch them live.

I knew it had to be a golden-oldie to have a liking for Dylan's music ;-)

Three of those in my top ten, for some reason I haven't got 'Infidels' on my shelves :o

My first choice would be a strange one with many BD fans, it was my first Dylan purchase around 1970/71 so for sentimental reasons 'Another Side Of' is my favourite with 'Blonde On Blonde' on a par for the No.1 spot, anyway here is this funny little tune :)

Right a change in direction of music after a heavy Dylan session followed by several albums from another legend

Lets go smooth with the reverend

Al Green top 10 playlist

I Can't Stop
Lets Stay Together
I'm Still In Love With You
Gets Next To You
Explores Your Mind
Is Love
Call Me
Livin' For You
Green Is Blues
Everything's Ok

Chart facts

'Tired of Being Alone' & 'Let's Stay Together' are Al's only Top 10 hits in the UK.
More success in the States with six Top 10 hits including three Top 3 hits with his only No.1 single 'Lets Stay Together'

No album success in the UK although Green had 8 Top 30 (3 Top 10) in the USA

From Al Green 2003 album I Can't Stop

And from 1971 his biggest hit

I think the sole Al Green track I have (probably like most others) is LST, off the Pulp Fiction soundtrack.

I take it others have Giorgio Moroder sitting proudly at the top of their MOT home page?

Thanks to that I have been humming together in Electric Dreams to myself which is now getting on my nerves!

I seem to recall from various comments on the Fav Song Poll Nominations thread that Queen are a bit Marmite on here.

But went to watch the Bohemian Rhapsody film this afternoon and really enjoyed it. The guy who plays Brian May is an absolute dead ringer !!

I get the showmanship but for me so many songs are vanilla....Mr Robot does seem a cracking choice for Freddie though
