Leeds u23s playing Barnsley (and losing 1-0 at the moment).

Not watching but text updates suggest we were the better side then poor defending cost us, only started at 2pm.

However just seen that there was a defensive horror show and we nearly conceded again.

Only 1 first teamer in the u23 team today, Luke Ayling.

Shacks and Jack Clarke not included at all, which could be nothing apart from they will be in the squad tomorrow, which we knew.

But, Bielsa has often given players on the bench for the first team tomorrow some minutes for the u23s the day before.

Could it be Jack Clarke and Jamie Shackleton are STARTING tomorrow?

After a very poor start which included going 1-0 down, and conceding a penalty (which was missed), the U23's have asserted themselves, and are now winning 4-1 (Edmondson (3) and Dalby).

U23's playing Notts County today. Winning 3-0 at HT - Edmondson, Oduor and Gotts. The usual attacking flair, which is a joy to watch.

I think Ryan Edmondson may well be regular in the first team squad before the end of the season.
And possibly Sam Dalby too.
I wonder whether MB will give them a run in the FA cup third round? Depends who we draw I suppose.

I missed the last couple of games so I was unaware CS was playing again.

I seem to recall he played in a few games this season, but Daiz & Halme have generally played when I've watched the U23's
