Heckingbottom has been sacked by Radrizzani!!!
Assistant Jamie Clapham, head of fitness Nathan Winder and analyst Alex Bailey leave with him.
Set piece coach Gianni Vio also gone - contract not extended.

Looks like Orta flew out to Greece and sacked him!!!!!
Re: Heckingbottom has gone
fair enough - not done a lot here and if I'm honest I feel more confident with someone else taking charge next season. Though I do not think hecky has really been given a fair chance.
one thing i don't understand is why they have waited so long to announce this. this should have been announced right at the end of the season.

Afternoon Dan, let's just say the club wanted to get a successor in place before wielding the axe!danhirons wrote: ↑Fri Jun 01, 2018 11:14 am fair enough - not done a lot here and if I'm honest I feel more confident with someone else taking charge next season. it's more money wasted by Radz though too - the 500k release clause paid to Barnsley

I think our plea for stability will go out the window if it's who's currently in talks arrives

Re: Heckingbottom has gone
Too big a job for Heck in the end maybe, decent coach, tactically suspect, poor man management. Would like a replacement to come in a work with what's here but that's not looking likely

Not sorry to see him go, should never had had the job in the first place. Radz and co now need to ensure that it's third time lucky in terms of a replacement

Re: Heckingbottom has gone
With his South American experience having managed Chile and Argentina, Marcelo Bielsa will certainly have an influence over Abel Hernandez.

You got to think that most of those on that list are going to want the promise of significant investment.Ellandback1 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 01, 2018 11:58 am Next Leeds United Manager Market
