This is pretty terrible to watch. No pressure on the ball, sloppy passes going forward, not holding the ball up.

HT 1 - 0, after a decent start a real lack of belief started to show.

They've had a lot of the ball but not threatened to score - apart from the goal of course, We've done even less from an attacking perspective.

Quite good first half I thought...if one ignores our not existing threat going forward.
BPF, O`Connor, Peirce looking decent.

Could be a pre season friendly the way we are playing, certainly don’t look like they are busting a gut to save Hecky’s neck.

If you focus on our threat going forward you are right. But makes me believe we might have some potential in the squad. We need two new strikers for next season...

Not sure why, but my Impression is that this has been way better than the last games.

An apt description, though we are defending well enough.

Looks like Pennington was poor for the goal..

Roofe was decent for the first 25, went for mi tea then so cannot comment after.. Ekuban is impotent right now...

Perhaps swap Ekuban for Saiz, put Pablo in the hole and Kemar up front...

Just think as the games gone on we’ve shown less and less desire to compete, Villa winning 1 - 0 at a stroll by the end of the half. We’ve defended well but we’ve had to.

True. We are miles away from being able to threaten Villa, but that was to be expected. I like the approach of the 2 young defenders so far. No mad tackling...

Ball drops to Pablo who shots wildly over.
