Newport v Leeds - Team/News/Reports & Ratings

Post by 1964white »

A possible banana skin at high noon in South Wales on Sunday to be shown on BBC Wales so anyone with a Sky subscription will be able to watch the match on their big screens

Another Sutton jobbie on the cards for our travelling fans I fear :(

Team TC likely to probably select :

..........................................Lonergan...........................................

Anita......Pennington......Shaughnessy......Borthwick-Jackson

...................Sacko........Klich.........Gomes........Cibicki.................

...............................................Grot.................................................

Dallas may start on either flank if fit

Subs : Wiedwald, Berardi, Jansson, O'Kane, Saiz, Roofe, Lassoga

Think you can get BBC Wales on Freeview/Sat too.

Absolutely no captain in that team 64 either. I'd also start Lassoga he needs game time badly.

..........................................BPF...........................................

Anita......Pennington......Halme......Denton

...................Sacko........Klich.........Shaugnessy........Grot

Cibicki.................

...............................................Lasogga.................................................

Glad the previous posters aren't actually picking the side as I don't think starting with just 10 players is a good tactic.

Because of our greatness & umpteenth seasons we've remained unbeaten the FA in their infinite wisdom have handicapped us

We haven't got a captain in our regular First XI ;-)

Not on free sat as they are showing Fleetwood/Leicester as Bert says on BBC Wales. Looks like I'll be looking for a stream

A Sutton scenario.....deja vu

An absolute joke & total disrespect for the FA Cup competition

I feel for my 30+ friends going to the game, they don't deserve this treatment for their loyalty to Leeds

Lot of fuss about Jack Clarke, he is going, be nice to see him have a go imo.

Utmost respect for those who go like yourself all over the place to watch.

But, what is TC to do?

Plays his strongest side, we may still lose and maybe Pontus and Saiz get an injury till the end of the season? then what :(

League has to be the priority.

Derby, Man U, Liverpool & Everton played very strong XI's tonight

Yes you could rest our two best players Pontus, Saiz, & perhaps Hernandez who is no spring chicken but changing the whole eleven & also selecting U23's who haven't played previously would be nothing short of taking the p*ss :x

Why should Leeds United cheat the fans who feed them ?

I'm expecting a defeat on Sunday, if that is the case I'll be in no doubt we deserved it !
