Re: The start of something big - Anyone can participate
I've noticed 15 have nominated in the 2000's but only 7 have nominated in the album of the year poll thread and 1 of those 7 haven't played this, so that makes it 9 picking songs on this but not nominating in the AOTY poll. Surely some of you have albums from this year.
Re: The start of something big - Anyone can participate
this old musical dinasaur has nominated 4 albums from this year, and still looking at others...
I know, who are you and what are you doing in Hectors account??

Put off by it being the soundtrack for a game, plus no reviews on Amazon. I am fibbing actually, cos I did buy the new Deep Purple in 2017, but I doubt that anybody on here would be interested in that.gessa wrote:Surprised mate. Thought you'd have the Steven Wilson album.

Re: The start of something big - Anyone can participate
Sorry, just spotted this. It's good, in fact their last two albums have been good. Looks like they are nearing the end though. Gillan's voice is fine when recorded, but is failing when playing live (He is 72 now though), and Steve Morse is suffering from acute arthritis in his right hand and may have to stop playing guitar. Don Airey is excellent on keyboards replacing the late Jon Lord, and Paice is still Paice - no difference whatsover.1964white wrote:What is the new Purple like Gandi ?
