Gibbs just saying on the radio that it was McD's team.
Beware the fury of a patient man - John Dryden.

BMcD's team, BmcD's training and tactics.
Gibbs was ony asked to take the bench at 12.15pm today. He obviousy gave a good tak at 1/2 time and many thanks for that, but I'm delighted that Brian is back in charge.
Great performance today and a wonderful tonic to ease the pain of the last few weeks. Seeing the takeover news makes me a touch wobbly, but at least we're on a forward footing again.
Byram, McCormack and Kebe are my men of the match, with honorable mention for Mowatt and his first LUFC goal.

McDermott's team selection of late has been very questionable indeed !faaip wrote:great result....Murphy and Mowatt started and surprisingly McCormack lead the line well it seems...

Great result even just for the fact that it's seems to have calmed things down a little.

Certainly boosted the numbers on this forum, if only folk posted more often as oppose to only when there is a crisis at LUFCgessa wrote:Great result even just for the fact that it's seems to have calmed things down a little.

Since yesterday evening, between 70-90 users at most times , some members who haven't posted for a long time, doing so again. That sort of activity on a regular basis would make for a lot more lively debate.1964white wrote:

Ross may have got three, but the best two were Kebe's and Alex's
Hudds goal not shown, but seems that Kenny was at fault again - saw it earlier on sky, but struggling to find a clip.

Kebe's was the best and a wonderful ball from Ross to set it up.Twiggster wrote:Ross may have got three, but the best two were Kebe's and Alex's

A wonderful display and response from our captain..one of BMc's better decisions.

Found it. Looking again, his positioning is all wrong and a soft shot goes under him....not sure if he was unsighted tho.

Ross on R.Leeds post game. Very positive to hear his words. LISTEN
Re: Leeds v Huddersfield - Team/Reports/Ratings
personally think he'll be disappointed he didn't save it but don't think he was at too much fault for the goal, through the defenders legs and hit at him like a bulletTwiggster wrote:Found it. If we lost today. Gibbs would saying look Brian wasn't coaching - total spin. However shame the team cannot play like this every week - (

Agree - but we don't have a fit 2nd keeper ATM. Ashdown is still crocked and Cairns isn't ready yet for 1st teamUSA LEE wrote:

Wow didn't see this coming, good to settle the madness that is happening at the moment.
BM will be sacked when the takeover happens anyway, who are they trying to fool, we have supposedly 3 Cagliari players lined up to come in, what does that tell you?
