Going down to Brighton with a decent team as oppose to the clowns & circus acts in previous seasons
I reckon we can pluck the seagulls 1-2
I assume Monk will go with the same team which started v Villa although O'Kane could come into the equasion if fit
Green
Ayling Bartley Jansson Taylor
Vieira, Phillips
Sacko Roofe Doukara
Wood

Last year was one of the worst performances I have seen. Hope for a much better showing friday
I realised I was dyslexic when I went to a toga party dressed as a goat..

I'm with Leon on this, I think we can ruffle the seagulls feathers, the way we chased everything against Villa gives us optimism and confidence to go there on Friday and get a result. Brighton are a well organised and hard to beat team but the way we're playing makes for a great contest.

I watched their home game against Villa and that's exactly what Villa did to great effect, Villa really should have won the game.

I would rest Sacko, bring in Dallas for him, he looked like he could do with a bit of a rest before the big push over Christmas.
Every game I predict a 3 - 1 Leeds win, I am traditional like that.

Same team as Villa for me. Friday night will be a big barometer of our progress and chances come the end of the season, a win here and I may well have to reassess who really does leave the pressies out on Xmas eve

I wouldn't
He looked alright to me when he ghosted past the Villa defenders for Wood's goal in the 94th minute
Sacko doesn't play we don't score goals like that at the death. Wood is missing the craft of Hernandez, without Sacko he wouldn't get much service at all

How many times has Hernandez provided an assist for Wood?

Pablo's craft & clever play creates space for Wood, defenders have more to worry about when they see the little man running at them. He has two assists to his name though for Jansson's goal at Norwich & Bartley's goal v Barnsley

Same here, draw would be very good to keep this momentum going. Brighton are undefeated in 13 games and have hardly conceded a goal at home of late. Be exceptional to get 3 points but eh you never know . Come on Leeds !
Agree Leon, for all he's issues of actually finishing chances, Sacko's pace as shown for the 2nd goal v Villa is a vital element to our side.
For the first time in ages we can frighten teams with the speed he has. He adds a different and much needed dimension to our team.
LEEDS AND FOREVER PROUD TO BE !!

Thats the thing, You can bring him on to create chances after Dallas has done the early grind work, we need people match fit for Christmas and the first 11 rested, make more sense to bench guys now than wait for niggly injuries.

I see your point Mav but i personally hope Monk doesn't rest any of our flair players against the 2nd best team in the championship

Have to work during the game, so won't be able to get to VLR, but may have the odd opportunity to check in here.
So please have good things to say.

Come on Leeds I hope this starting eleven grows some legs and make it difficult for Brighton. They are a good side but may lack real pace at the back . Maybe we can exploit this and turn a good run into a fantastic one .Come on Leeds MOT.

That was more flapper Greens fault than anything else, pretty sure Brighton wont struggle against 10 men!
