How we use our subs has never been more important...

They had problems with high winds yesterday asking fans to pop down and help replace the covers..I don't think the ground is flooded

Just had a report from mate in the area on F/B
"Slashing down here and high winds - not hopeful - local radio again asking for volunteers to help groundstaff replace covers over the pitch"

Tweets and texts from my LUFC mates down in the area also suggesting this game is in jeopardy, as Leon posted.
Possibly a good thing if it is called off, with the state of our club right now? :duno:
Absolute fukker for our fans who have or are making the trip down there tho

It's dry in Yeovil at the moment so we're looking good as things stand. #lufc

Yeovil v Leeds - Team/Reports/Ratings

Post by Dr.Leeds »

Ideally I'd name an unchanged side but with conditions likely to be poor, if the game goes ahead at all, pretty passing and move football probably won't cut it today. Smiths aerial threat may be important and with more of a battle expected in a damp midfield Murphy may get the nod over Mowatt.

It wouldn't surprise me to see:

Kenny

Byram, Lees, Pearce, Warnock

Kebe, Murphy, Austin, Stewart

McCormack

Smith

Subs: Cairns, Peltier, Wootton, Mowatt, Brown, Hunt, Poleon

Good result. We played the conditions very well in the second half and they barely got out of our half at all (that said they still nearly nicked a point at the end). Result was everything today, as it was going to be nigh on impossible to play good football in those conditions.

Yes mate though we beat a poor side that they are we did show some chatacter and a lot of resolve.G ood three points giving the awful conditions team work and knowhow won the day oh and some direct forward thinking too.
I was edgy in my armchair and fleetingly saw us goin two down and couldn`t see a way back had that happened. I suppose inevitalibly they scored but well done Leeds .MOT
