Without sounding sexist it's embarrassing how these women can put the ball in the net with ease whilst Leeds players missed so many goal-scoring opportunities :(

The standards that poor I doubt they would and all these people who rave about women's football where's the figures that back it up?
How many actual games you been to 1964white? The attendance's they get are worse than ours in a lot if cases and that's the so called women's super league

Local bar here in Illinois ran a promotion giving away free shots for every USA goal vs. Thailand.

Lot of very inebriated football fans. Uber did quite well.

To be honest I haven't seen much women's football of late until this World Cup. Like you Bally I always felt feminine football was a bit lukewarm however the game now appears more pacier, physical & has players with plenty of technical ability certainly at this level

Remember watching her years ago and she was brilliant.

Only womens footballer i really know.
Marta starts v Australia this evening & puts Brazil ahead from the penalty spot. Cristiane made it 2-0 with another fine header to score her fourth goal in the tournament. Aussies pull one back in added-on-time before the interval.

Marta's fitness obviously a problem as she is withdrawn at half-time
