White will not be recalled - Brighton are doing considerably well at the moment and if Shane Duffy can't nail down a spot then they are better off letting him develop at Leeds than play 2 prem matches.

White isnt going back this season - the only recall clause Brighton had was if he didnt play the quota of games they had set for him. Given he has played every league game for us, that invalidates that clause so no other way Brighton can get him back.

Harvey Barnes played every week for West Brom and Leicester still recalled him. Brighton might want him back as competition as he's doing so well.

Ibrahimovic to come to Elland Road to play for free. Just so he can end his career playing under this hero Bielsa.

Bamford would probably still get the nod ahead of him.

All depends on what clauses are in the contract - obviously Leicester had inserted the clause for Barnes but presumably Brighton haven't - although I would have thought they didn't expect him to play so well this season given that he hadn't played even at Championship level previously.

I see David Stockdale to Leeds rumour has appeared again

Sick of hearing about Stockdale.

Besides, surely if Kiko does get suspended then Illan Meslier steps in otherwise what was the point of loaning him?

Daft rumours time - first Rob Green returning and now Stockdale - both keepers totally unsuited to the way Bielsa needs a keeper to play. Like Cjay says no point signing Meslier if we didn't think he would be good enough to step in if Kiko got injured/suspended.

“They’d be interested in Gayle but he’s highly likely to go to Forest and his wage is seriously expensive. The problem with Vydra is the history there. The hierarchy at Leeds were not impressed with him when they tried to sign him last (Vydra basically admitted that he’d rather go to the Premier League). But if Nketiah was to go back, they would need someone else.”

How would Forest afford Gayle when they have far less turnover than we do?

Phil Hay talking in a QnA session.

Us and Forest have spent roughly the same over the last 3 years, between £30-40mil with loan fees included.

But we have sold around £30mil more worth of players.

How can Forest be in a position to sign Gayle financially but we cant?

It's just bullshit man. Someone isn't telling us the truth. Why do we have no money but other clubs with less income than us do?

I’d say we are well within FFP, we have to be

AR isn't going to spend anymore money , I think that's fairly obvious . Certainly Gayle is way beyond the levels at which Leeds want to operate in this league and AR is not a chancer to go risking silly money on him hoping his goals will get us up...unless he is available on a half season loan with option to buy if we're promoted. Then there is MB to think of...players don't seem to get a sniff of 1st team football unless they're up to speed in terms of fitness and his system by which time the season will be nearly over anyway. If Forest get Gayle he'll be straight into the team and they will have an excellent chance of going up.

I don’t have a clue about Forest, but we should have room that allows us to spend in January

Phil Hay saying we won't sign anyone unless Nketiah goes back. Ludicrous, with Roberts' injury problems and Pablo's age, we need another creative midfielder and another CB. I'm guessing Stevens will replace Clarke when he goes back, but otherwise we will miss out on top 2 again as others strengthen.

Im desperate for us to sign a quality number 10 (same as last January).

But i dont expect it, ive accepted that we never learn and just have to pray.
