We already had the 2 players that would have sent us up...

Twice this season we made huge mistakes that in my opinion cost us.

I thought we had got away with the first which was allowing Ronaldo Vieria to leave. That role Phillips was playing was also suited to him and he would have been a perfect addition to this squad.

The second and most costly was allowing Saiz to leave without an adequate replacement. Yes I know we tried to get Dan James but it wasn’t good enough.

Imagine how different the season might have been with these two

We only missed out on auto promotion by a small margin. Agree that Saiz alone could have been that difference. But Leeds didnt make a mistake, he just didn't want to be there.
I'll change my profile pic when we get promoted

We already had the squad to go up and bottled it. Just look at the league table at the start of the year, shouldn't have put ourselves in the position of the lottery of the playoffs. So called big players let us down massively over the last few weeks, Casillas, Bamford simply not good enough and Hernandez disappeared up hi own backside when we needed him the most.
Desperately need to sort out the goalkeeper situation along with another decent goalscorer else we will come up short again next season.

We ended up 6 points behind Sheffield and 11 behind Norwich. That is pretty telling.

Agreed but dont be critical of Pablo. Look at a management who allowed us to be in a position where we needed him every game. Can you imagine what that must be like knowing that the whole side wont perform well if you do?

It was obvious six weeks ago the man needed a rest.
