We only missed out on auto promotion by a small margin. Agree that Saiz alone could have been that difference. But Leeds didnt make a mistake, he just didn't want to be there.

We already had the squad to go up and bottled it. Just look at the league table at the start of the year, shouldn't have put ourselves in the position of the lottery of the playoffs. So called big players let us down massively over the last few weeks, Casillas, Bamford simply not good enough and Hernandez disappeared up hi own backside when we needed him the most.
Desperately need to sort out the goalkeeper situation along with another decent goalscorer else we will come up short again next season.

We ended up 6 points behind Sheffield and 11 behind Norwich. That is pretty telling.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2019 6:14 am We only missed out on auto promotion by a small margin.

Agreed but dont be critical of Pablo. Look at a management who allowed us to be in a position where we needed him every game. Can you imagine what that must be like knowing that the whole side wont perform well if you do?johnboy1709 wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2019 7:22 am We already had the squad to go up and bottled it. It was obvious six weeks ago the man needed a rest.
