If that were case then why bring him in at all? Bielsa no input on signings not convinced by that also he played Baker who in my humbled opinion wouldn't look out of place in a school 11.
Now maybe his injury has ruined him, evidence prior to his injury is that he walks in ahead of everyone other than Hernandez for creativity. (Brown)

It may be that because of the injury setback he isn't as far along the comeback road as MB would have liked, i.e. doesn't think he will be strong enough to play a part. However MB has continually stated that he wanted Brown to play 6 to 8 matches before he'd consider him for the first team and this is right given how long Brown has been out - hugely different to the likes of Bamford who was out for a short period only and was able to do light training even whilst injured and wouldn't have lost match sharpness as much as someone who was out for the length of time Brown has been. It seems like simply them making up stuff in the absence of facts and because MB hasn't simply rushed Brown into the team and risked him getting injured. Brown has a long career ahead of him not just half a dozen matches for us.
