A few weeks ago it was either A Bruekelen Story or Deafman Glance for my personal AOTY, but Still Corners - Slow Air is making a magnificent late charge...I love Air and this has wonderful echo's of Air

Twin fantasy seems to be a remix of the 2011 album too...

You really ought to listen to it, you may give it more credit than you assume Faaip, note I obviously listened to your nominated albums

Twin Fantasy (Face to Face) is the eleventh studio album by American indie rock band Car Seat Headrest, released on February 16, 2018 It is a complete re-recording and reworking of the band's sixth studio album, Twin Fantasy, released in 2011.

The CD release is bundled with the original 2011 album.

On January 9, 2018, Matador Records formally announced the release of the re-recording, entitled Twin Fantasy (Face to Face). The album was released via Matador on February 16. The original, re-titled Twin Fantasy (Mirror to Mirror), was released on vinyl as a part of Record Store Day on April 21. The re-recording's announcement coincided with a tour announcement and a music video for the track "Nervous Young Inhumans".

Came out over the summer, Ges, been on fairly heavy rotation here ever since. One for the headphones with a nice dram of something beside you!

Surprised those who love jazz/world music haven't given a single vote to the Idris Ackamoor & the Pyramids album 'An Angel Fell' :o Ackamooor's tenor sax moving from grief to rage over clattering congas is sheer joy 8-)
