My Worst Nightmare

Post by Chilli D »

I've had a dream and boy is it a bad one.
Picture this....
It's the last day of the season and we have managed to stay in the top 2 and need to win at Ipswich to guarantee automatic promotion.
Incredibly, Ipswich have clawed their way back into the pack under the guidance of Paul Lambert and some shrewd business in the January transfer window. They need to beat us to guarantee their safety......
We batter them but cannot score and they nick one on a rare counter attack and beat us 1-0 and I am their to witness it unfold.
We then proceed to lose in the play offs........
The thought of this makes my blood run cold.

Just don't buy a ticket for the match,, don't watch it on the TV, and don't watch it on a stream.....

Go fishing for the day with no means of external communication..

Then all will be well.
Song machine is coming down....
And we're gonna have a party Uhuhu

I don't fish Hector but I suppose a bike ride or a round of golf would do.
I doubt I would be able to not check the score though.

Ipswich are a bogey team and a birdie may tell you the score which would be on a par with being an albatross around your neck

I can definitely get you some '63. My mate is a season ticket holder at Ipswich and he always sorts me out.
