I enjoyed the 3 others I voted for especially Bryan Ferry, remember I had never heard any of them before.

I liked some tracks on other albums but, but then there were several others that I disliked, so had to endure them, thus making the album a chore to listen to......
Waterboys and the Cult were in the vote list until the late nominations arrived.....

Good album Pulse, wonderful version of Sorrow which, played on a quality hi fi, will leave you gasping for breath with that bass..

I'm pretty sure my 95 nomination will go down just a little better than the 85. Can only think of 2 that may give it a vote.

Getting ready for 95?

No Thrak yet or is that just too ingrained to need playing again ?

That's the one, superb album.
Sleater Kinney would get a vote too, but wouldn't get a nomination i fear, Elliot Smith self titled is also a very good album from that year.

I'm up to San Geronimo, one of my favourites off the album ...haven't played it in a while, feels like an old friend. Much "folkier" than earlier stuff but doesn't suffer for that

I may go Yo La Tengo in that case ..another great album

That would be an ecumenical matter.

I only have It's A Wonderful Life, which I love, so I'm definitely up for hearing another album.

And I actually forgot about THRAK! Duh!
