Frazey Ford was in The Be Good Tanyas, who are also well worth a listen if you like beautifully played, bittersweet Americana. Her solo albums to date have more of a soul influence, as she's a big Otis Redding fan. Great voice and songwriter imo.

Today, an all-time top album classic 'Rumours' and Stiff Little Fingers 'Inflammable Material' - one of the best punk albums ever IMO :moggy:

Yes, I really like the MH and, like most of his stuff, it grows with repeated listens.

The Monte is the recording by The Sixteen, which I saw them perform recently. Their choral pilgrimage tour is highly recommended if you're an early music fan.

Yes I did say the Hollis album requires a few listens, a real grower Sara

I enjoy most styles of music, classical/choral works one of many genres to my liking
