The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wed 14th Nov)
Good Morning Everyone
Former Leeds goalkeeper David Stewart died yesterday at the age of just 71.
Stewart was signed from Ayr in October 1973 as backup for David Harvey.
Due to injury, Stewart was between the sticks for the infamous European Cup final against Bayern Munich in 75 where the German giants cheated their way to victory.
More than 40 years on, Leeds fans can't forget.
R.I.P Dave Stewart.
Leeds are the FIFTH most selected club for Sky coverage in the whole of England, ahead of manchester united and Liverpool!!!
Only Citeh, Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs have been shown more on Sky.
Last term Leeds bagged circa £7.7m from TV money last season while PL teams earnt between £95m-£150m.
Bielsa has given Leeds director of Football Victor Orta the thumbs up to pursue Swansea City winger Daniel James. The pacy 21 yo has been in impressive form for the Swans this season.

Wonder would any of the 15 owners be complaining if they were in the pl. Same as complaining about parachute payments, nobody getting them has a problem. Interesting we get over 7m from sky, full house every week and merchandise flying out of the shop. Seems to me, theres lots of dosh coming in
