Ha ha

On serious note things were better when I was a kid

Leeds United
Leeds Rugby League
Yorkshire Cricket
Sport in general
Pop music
Cartoons
Comedy
TV Programmes
Playing out on the park or in the streets with lots of friends everyday
Bonfire night
Christmas time
Sunday school

In my time kids weren't pampered & spoilt, we had very little material-wise apart from our parents love but what we did have we appreciated. We were also taught to show the utmost respect to our friends & adults. Of course we had our naughty moments :) :)

Yes, whatever happened to George and Lynne!!
At work we used to tippex out the captions and put our own words in. Most of them rude!

Agree on Christmas. In 74 I had 4 presents from my mum (single parent) and my Nan in total and made them last all day> Nowadays the whole floor is littered with presents and it completely misses the point.

We played Football. cricket, 45 home, British Bulldog etc!

Nice

Your best so far Hector
I always used to love the cheeky postcards at the seaside when I was a kid....used to get told off by the shopkeepers. They're probably not allowed to sell such things now.....
